ISO 27000:2018 and HACCP
Food Safety Management Standards

Whatever their size, or product, all food producers have a responsibility to manage the safety of their products and the well-being of their consumers. ISO 22000:2018 food safety management standards help organisations identify and control food safety hazards. This standard easily integrates with other ISO management standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is an internationally recognized method of identifying and managing food safety-related risks and, when central to an active food safety program, can provide your customers, the public, and regulatory agencies assurance that a food safety program is well managed.

Both standards provide a layer of reassurance within the global food supply chain,

including production, preparation, packaging and distribution, supporting products to cross borders and bringing people food that they can trust.

Like other ISO management system standards, certification to ISO 22000 and HACCP allows organisations to benefit from the best practice it contains and reassurance to customers and clients that they are safe partners to work with.
